Challenges related to the position of Regional Sales Manager Southeast, USA.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager and in collaboration with the Inside Sales team, the Regional Sales Manager will maintain and develop GRYB International’s product lines more specifically products of Bateman such as grapples, clamshells and more in the Southeast USA (FL, GA, AL, MS, TN, SC, NC).
- Promote and sell Bateman equipment’s and services in the assigned territory to existing customers and by soliciting new customers [e.g., scheduling site visits, conducting sales blitzes, site visits and familiarization tours, representing the company at trade shows, cold calling, etc.] in the industries of demolition, forestry, port, railway, and scrap & recycling.
- Maintain and increase customer base and orders.
- Ensure after-sale follow-up and optimize customer satisfaction and experience.
- Research, qualify and prospect new customers and markets.
- Hand over orders to internal sales and make the necessary arrangements to satisfy customers while respecting GRYB International’s criteria [delivery time, applicable discounts, other fees, warranty, etc.].
- Follow up with customers and resolve problems.
- Be innovative in the proposed solutions.
- Be proactive.
- Be a seasoned representative with a hunter mentality.
- All other related responsibilities.
Our ideal candidate would have
- A hunter mentality with a stunning customer driven experience.
Must live in the assigned territory: Southeast, USA (FL, GA, AL, MS, TN, SC, NC).
- IMPORTANT: Relevant and effective knowledge and work experience in the industries of demolition, forestry, port, railway, and scrap & recycling
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
- Customer experience is a priority.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Able to effectively manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Able to solve problems quickly and make the right decisions.
- Action and results oriented.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Available to be on the road 4/5 weekdays.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
